My Specialties

As a former paramedic, I have unique understanding and insight for those working in high pressure occupations. My special focus is First Responders and their families. I also work with individuals suffering from a variety of emotional wounds and/or other life challenges.

I offer a techique called Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. This technique converts negative experiences into adaptive learning experiences. Since traumatic experiences can create negative images, beliefs, and emotions, this is one way to alleviate the hold those experiences have on individuals.
